B.Tech & M.Tech –

The applicants have to procure PIN Cover by paying the requisite fees for each discipline in cash only from the designated branches of Kotak Mahindra Bank (the list is made available on website www.jacpcldce.ac.in).
Candidates are required to pay Rs. 350/- for B.Tech and Rs.1000/- for M.Tech as application/registration fee.

The application form is made available for download on the official website www.utu.ac.in or Download here.

The duly filled in application form and submit along with necessary documents personally/by post or by courier at the UTU office. T
The application fee has to be paid via DD of Rs.1500/- issued in favor of Uka Tarsadia University (UTU).

Application form copy with an attached copy of application fees submitted.
Academics mark sheets (10th, 12th and Graduation for PG Admission)

CGPIT, Surat Ph.D Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates have a Master’s Degree in the subject concerned or in related subject with at least 55% marks in aggregate.
The admissions to Ph.D are conducted as per the norms of UTU, Gujarat.
A relaxation of 5% of marks or an equivalent relaxation of grade, is allowed to SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/Differently-Able candidates.
Only candidates who qualify with a minimum of 50% marks in the entrance will be invited for admissions.

CGPIT, Surat Ph.D Selection Criteria:

Candidate has to be present in the Ph.D Entrance Test conducted by UTU Gujarat.
Those candidates who have cleared the UGC/ JRF /NET Exam or equivalent will be exempted from written test only.
Selected candidates list will be displayed on the official website and called for Group Discussion Interview.
Final merit will be based on Entrance score, Group Discussion, and Interview.
