1. Candidate must have a pass in the 3-year degree course in B.Sc. Computer Applications or B.Sc.Information Technology and Management or B.Sc. Information Technology or B.Sc. Computer science or Bachelor of Computer Applications (under 10+2+3 pattern) recognised by the Madurai Kamaraj University. 
2. Should have studied Maths as one of the subjects at the Higher Secondary Level Minimum 55% in Part III Minimum 50% in Part III for SC/ST.
