Candidate must have Master’s Degree or equivalent in Real Estate / Urban Management/ Urban or Regional Planning/ Civil Engineering/ Construction Engineering/ Economics/ Commerce/ Law / Architecture / Mathematics / Sociology or MBA from any accredited Indian or Foreign University with a minimum of 55% marks or grade point average.
