Seats are reserved for SC/ST/OBC/PH and Women candidates in NLSIU Bangalore. The university has its own CLAT reservation policy. This criteria is primarily considered at the time of seat allotment process or counselling. The reservation rules are mainly based on the policy designed by Government of India. Candidates seeking admission in accordance with the reservation policy will have to submit the required certificates at the time of admission procedure.

The counselling and seat allocation for NLSIU, Bangalore is expected to begin in the month of June. Candidates have to register on the official site and pay the registration fee.There will be separate rounds for counselling on the basis of the registrations.
Applicants have to fill their choices for colleges and courses. The seats will be allocated as per the ranks and preferences indicated by the candidates at the time of registration.
The shortlisted candidates have to pay the tuition fee at the time of reporting and document verification for securing the seat. They have to report to the allocated colleges along with the mentioned documents.
Note: Candidates must carry the original as well as multiple xeroxes of these documents to the reporting center.
