There's a criteria of minimum 65% in pcm aggregate. And even after crossing the criteria, you need to appear in the mrnet exam or the jee mains. If you have appeared in these exams and fail to qualify for admission, there's an interview round too. Like in my case, my co curricular in the cse branch were amazing for them. I knew about python coding for oop and a bit of aiml and dbms. So they do make some exceptions but its rare.
In the span of a semester we have 3 class tests, 1 mid sem, 1 end sem and numerous random quizes that influence our internal marks. Timings of the exams are rock solid, they do not change. Dates are like that too. Syllabus usually gets completed before the end term. And we have no issues with the exam's material as every thing is provided in the class.
Tcs, infosys, xebia are some companies that i have heard of, in which students from our college are getting internships and pre placement offers in. There are in campus internships too, but they revolve around the premise of teaching and research based.
I'm a second year student as of now, so I haven't really been able to experience the placement season. But as per my peers, students have been able to get internships and some have even gotten a pre placement offer.
The cost of our course, BTech CSE (CORE) is 2,38,000 as of now. I personally think that this price is fair enough with respect to the features that we get. We get subscriptions to the necessary applications, we can get student discounts on apps like spotify and amazon, we have the whole campus covered with the wifi facility and much more. Besides the material value, we also get supportive teschers that are with you if you wanna excel in academics or go with a start up. Not to forget the amazing anti ragging culture here. And alternatives such as emis and scholarships are available for students who are not comfortable with the payments.
Student life here is amazing. Because of many clubs and friendly seniors, anyone and every one can have a good time here. We even get a time specifically allotted for mini events that are held by different societies. I personally think that these mini events and societies help a lot in forming a great relationship with your seniors and batchmates. Overall the campus life is pretty good.
Teachers are fairly approachable in the beginning of the classes and at the end of it. Teachers are well qualified and bear the tag of doctorates. As I previously said, we have tutorial classes in which we interact with the teachers and solve our queries. Every week we have a mentor-mentee session in which we can discuss our personal as well as educational problems with our mentor. Although teaching is quite easy going, assignment submission dates are really strict.
My course is designed so well . In first year subjects regarding course as well as our personal development and some of our 12tg baics had been taught to us . Weekly topics are assigned with the PPT'S and notes provied specially designed by the subject cordinator
I think civil engineering is not a bad course. A civil Engineer is very important for the future and the education of civil Engineering is very good in Central University of Haryana Mahendergarh Haryana. All the teachers of civil Engineering were give a positive response towards civil engineering

The curriculum at mdu rohtak may benefit from regular updates, a greater emphasis on practical knowledge and adoption of more interactive teaching method while the exam frequency and difficulty level might be manageable
The highest package offered stood at a remarkable INR 62.75 LPA for the B.Tech batch [2, 3]. The average package for the B.Tech batch was around INR 14.16 LPA [3]. Strong Performance by CSE: While data for specific branches isn't readily available, considering Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) is a sought-after program, we can expect a good placement record for this branch. IT Placements: Information for placements specific to the Information Technology (IT) program is limited publicly. However, considering the overall positive placement record for the B.Tech program, IT placements are likely to be decent as well.
In our college there are various intenship opportunity comes. Also various companies visited for college placement like tcs., wipro etc. And our college highest package is 12 lpa which is moderate level.
Students from the 7th semester become eligible for the placement and the 6.32 cgpa is the minimum cgpa required to sit in the placement interview. tcs, Flipkart, wipro etc are the companies which visits, but the placement ratio is very low. 24 lpa is the highest placement given by Flipkart and 7 lpa is the average package. approx 60% students get placed. but many of them try to get off-campus placement. i will do mtech from iit after completing the degree.
