- I have to like placements in cse department and also placement is good in biotech. Avg package is around 13lpa that is too much high a
- A sport complex is also there where all the courts are present like basket ball, foot ball, badminton. Two gyms are also there.
- The campus size is around 700+acres And air conditioned class rooms and lecture hall has been provided.
Dislikes
- Campus is not well maintain. And fee is also too much
- Hostel rooms is quite smaller. Intake is too high and number of hostel is low
- Profesor is also not to much experence to get proper understanding to a student
Remarks :
Admission is done only through jee mains and few seats are reserved for the Nri quota. 50% home state is also there. The cutoff of cse dept. For gen is around 19k rank in jee mains. The difficulty level is moderate in the exam. College should remove home state quota
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is good enough just like to be iit. The same subject and course are run in a bit also. Toughness is not too much If you study properly. Area of improvement- library should be open at night and also at exam time
Internships Opportunities :
There are many 3rd years of students who intern at a big company like Oracle, microsoft, salesforce, wallmarts ans also college provides a summer internship program also. Hackathon is also conducted by iet, the ACM club.
Placement Experience :
Placement is quite good as cimpars to another college. Around 75%+ students get placed. The highest package is around 50-60lpa (every year)and avg is 13lpa. Around 150+ companies visited the campus. Number of the offers is good.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee is around 17-18 lakhs+ for the entire btech course. Mess is run by students so. There is a bill at the end of sem. This is around 20k Scholarship- gp Birla, merit etc is provided by the college.
Campus Life :
It is a lush green campus of 780 acres. But most of the area is undeveloped. Fests- two major fest is Pantheon, bitotsav All the books are avilable in library There are 30+ clubs in bit mesra. The sports facility is good.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel rooms is smaller. For the first three year double room is alloted. And in 4th year single room. Mess is managed by students so quality is to good. Registration of hostel is done by erp. You are not allowed for pg and room (if you are not from ranchi)
Faculty :
Faculty student ratio is not too much good. The intake increases so the faculty-student ratio is also increases. But there are some professors that are too much good in explaining core concepts and also covering the small- small things properly. A doubt session is also held on.

Yes placements are there but not as much as good than Top NITs/IITs. This colleges gives you double of the money which you will invest in your 4 yr of B.Tech. Mainly 80% of students get placed with 8.5Lpa average ctc and get upto 55Lpa if you manages to crack MNCs for tech.

The placement season starts during 7th semester when various companies come to camous to recruit students. Top companies such as google, amazon,microsoft, coal india, texas instumentation, ONGC etc visits the campus for recruirment. Around 60 -70 percent of the students get placed every year. The highest package from the camous was about 1cr . And the average package of the college was about 15-16 lakhs Apart from the capmus placement many students apply for off campus placement for which also tge college helps.

Since It is a top institute in india placement here is very good most of the students get placed here . Internship is also their in the college which you can avail after 2nd year depending upon you skills and your interest in core and non core. All most all the top companies of India and World came here for placement and made offers .Average package here is 18 lpa and highest package of 2023-204 sessionis 2.15 Cr . All most 90% student avail offer and those who don't get placement are mostly those who decides to go for higher studies.

This year highest placement was 13.5 lpa which was PPO . The average package was 9.5 lpa which was given to 55 student and many more. This year placement rate was 100 percent in which 114 got placed out of 120 students.
