Likes
- The college environment was great as the teacher's were very frank to all of us and would talk to us in a good and polite manner which really helped us to feel better in the first semester of our course. It feels nice to study in this type of place.
- College canteens are provided very nicely as varieties of food's are available at a reasonable price and the quantity of those are also great..me including my friends really enjoyed being there and sharing lunch and creating lots of memories together
- Library and computer lab facilities are also provided in our college.. we get to visit Library whenever we want and read many books related to our subject and other extra books too which encourages all of us to gain some knowledge regarding other thi
Dislikes
- Sometimes..our college feels like more of school..... the environment Sometimes makes us feel like we've been going lately for school because of strict rrules and regulations being formed newly.. which is more than beyond
- Sometimes teacher's act so rude with all of us.
- Classes are sometimes not taken in time and are not conducted properly
Remarks :
Admission process in Kalimpong college was pretty simple and easy..i didn't faced any problem during the admission as my percentage was also little good as average.. but in my view the Admissions are to be choosen according to their percentage in their school period
Course Curriculum Overview :
Bachelors of business administration is one of the well known course of every time. I get influenced by noone..i was good in business subject in 12th so i choose to take bba in college.. bba is a professional course wheee everything is tought nicely
Internships Opportunities :
Internship are provided to the last year students..and i somehow do not have any knowledge regarding those.. but in my point, i think there is an opportunities given to the students who are passing out so that they can secure their life ahead.
Placement Experience :
With an overview.. i know that our college provides many job facilities to the students.. as i know a year ago..SET exam was held inside our college only which helped many of our seniors to get the jod they are seeking for and to.. and my plan is also to give some exams and go for job.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee structure was little higher when newly joined of 25000 and later it became 15000 and now it is 18000..so i think its reasonable to pay for a course like bba.. otherwise some of the college fees are extremely higher
Campus Life :
Our department among all of the other department was quite serious about studies but at the same time.. there was no worries of conducting extracurricular activities..every friday there would be a program either educational or entertainment
Faculty :
Kalimpong college is the only one government college in Kalimpong..and is the most known too.. as to my point.. everyone of them are well qualified and are very effective towards their works. Even teacher's are well educated and are very friendly to us while studying too,

The question paper I set by the professors only. The method of teaching is also good. The internship program also helps you to improve yourself and to know how to work. And the difficulty level of the questions paper are not so very high

I wanted to become an entrepreneur and that is why I opted for Business Administration Degree. Therefore to become an entrepreneur I need to have understanding of all aspects of business thus I opted for this degree. As we are having a 4 year degree program the college will provide training and internship programs accordingly in the 2nd and 3rd year. The college curriculum also intends to conduct seminars and business program relevantly and also calls out big names from the industry that shares their experiences which helps us to have a concept. I beleive that the students of BBA especially should be given more responsibilities and events to conduct in college as it will be a good practice for us. The exam timings are perfect as it is set by the University and the college cannot do anything to change it's timing.

from this year (2024) kalimpong college department of bba has started the internship facilities....in many company's and banks like SBI life tds company. post offices and etc students are eligible for the internship in last year of the course they have to clear all their backlogs before going for internship programme! after getting the degree I would like to give competative exams for banking ( po post )

The placement of this college is very good. I got the opportunity to work with Haayat regency due to this college. Many students got placed in 5 star hotels. The faculty members teaches and prepare us in such a manner that we are bound to get placement

Inspiria college offers various courses for management as well bca and etc hotel management students get 100 percent placement and other courses students are helped to get placement but it depends on there communication skills
