I am admitted through Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by Maharastra's government for qualifications. You can also take admission through your JEE score. Cutoff for CET is nearly 96 percentile for IT branch. There are reserved seats too, for candidates belonging to Sc,St,Nt,PWD,etc.
At this moment I am affiliated to SPPU university that means my college was unautonomous till my batch but for upcoming batches it's Autonomous and the syllabus will be provided by Dr. D.Y. Patil university. The syllabus of SPPU is well enough to understand the basics of engineering in Information Technology. But the course should include more practical experiences to make a student Industry ready. Exams are taken in two parts Insem and Endsem, and unit tests are taken oftenly in months.
Companies like JCI and PTC and more provides internships to the students with stipend and then continues PPO on the basis of performance of the students. Many students participate in hackathons and wins the award and prizepools too.
In 7th semester Students are eligible for placements. So many companies vists the campus and recruits the students. Highest package of college is increasing every year this year it was of 54 lpa in Microsoft. Companies like Capgemini, Persistent,TCS, and many more vists the college. 70 to 80 % students get placed each year. And some of the students also start entrepreneurship one of the example is the startup cooliewala. I will opt for the placements, and them will apply for post graduation.
I don't know much about the Tuition fees increase policy. But eligible students get various scholarships One of them is TFWS then EBC,OBC,EWS and many much. Scholarships are also available for reserved catagory students like belonging to Sc,St,etc
The Advait technical fest then Fahrenheit the annual fest more such fests are held in college during the month of Jan-feb it's very enjoyful as well as enthusiastic movement for every student. Various clubs are available in the college like GDSC, Vihang Kala Mandal, Rotaract, and many more for technical as well as enjoyment purposes.
The faculty to student ratio is good enough that don't get any off lectures, and also the practical labs are in good condition. Faculty always try to give the knowledge to the students as much as possible and never disappoint a student if he/ she asks doubts We can interact with teachers in any free time available.
Campus placements is offered beginning from the VII Semester. The college provides an average package of 2,40,000 and the highest package last hear was 10,00,000. Don't expect much from this college for placment, develop skills and tey OFF-CAMPUS.
From 7th sem we have to do our project Based on which side we choose Plant tissue culture or DNA fingerprinting Ftom 8th sem college prefer us some Institute to do our work and give us new Apportunit to do project and research paper
Campus placements are average like average package in our college is 3lpa. Many companies visit college. Student are eligible for campus placements from 4th year 1 sem. 93% student are placed in our college. And that is not bad.

The campus placement of our college is at the level of NIT and lower IIT's, I think i will get the campus placements easily because percentage of getting campus placement is nearly 89% of my branch and all other branches also had good placements
