Remarks :
The application form can be found on the official UPES website, where all the details regarding fee and dates are mentioned. There are two exams for each semester, one is the mid-sem examination and the other one is the end-sem examination. The first one happens in the middle of each semester and the second one happens after all the classes for the sem have finished. These exams are not difficult and you can easily at least pass the exam if you do whatever your faculty tells you to
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course is pretty decent. I know for a fact that a lot of students don't like the life skill training subjects in the curriculum but I feel like they're equally important. One good thing I like is that there's no chemistry, which is irrelevant for computer engineering.
Internships Opportunities :
Students are eligible for campus internship after their pre-final year, although I've heard that some things are about to change and the immediate students below the pre-final ones might get internship opportunities as well now. The packages offered by the companies range from about 20k a month to around 80k a month, depending on your skill level. The roles provided are entry level ones and they're selected to expose students to a professional environment.
Placement Experience :
Currently, the placements start about a month after you enter your final year. I obviously don't have any official data regarding which company come and which don't but some of the notable ones I heard that came this year are D.E Shaw, Decathlon, Infosys, Intel etc. The highest recorded package as mentioned by the college for CS is 50 LPA and the average for the same is about 8 LPA. Percentage of students who got placed this year was a bit less, like most of the colleges this year. I plan to take up a job and after gaining some experience, would love to get a second degree
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
There is an entrance exam for taking admission to college. The amount of scholarship we avail at that time can be continued on our tuition fee for the next semesters, provided our GPA is above 8.5. The average fee submitted for a semester is a bit less than 250000. Don't have a lot of idea about financial aid but I'm pretty sure you can avail a student loan.
Campus Life :
I have improved a lot as a person since I joined college last year. I was a decently introverted individual but just getting exposed to a new environment and people, opened me up in a good way. Some fests that happened last year are Freshers, Rocktember, Dholida, Uurja and a Holi celebration. The library of the college is pretty big and it's very convenient to get and return whatever books you want. The classrooms are equipped with a central speaker, a smart board and a normal board.
Faculty :
The faculties are actually friendly and well qualified. Majority of them are great and know what they're doing. They're pretty approachable as well and do listen to whatever doubts and queries students have.

Maintain a good profile over LinkedIn and other professional networks (including naukri, freshersworld etc) 2. Create a good CV and send it to your friends and family and ask for reference. 3. Try to connect to seniors for referrals 4. Keep yourself updated with latest knowledge in your domain because whenever you would get a call for interview there would not be enough time to prepare. 5. If nothing works then stop looking for job and start looking for interns, there are thousands of startups in our country who always need good manpower to function but are short of money. If you could work with them then you will have work experience and good networks as well that could help you get a better job. 6. Shift to Pune, New Delhi or Bangalore for more opportunities

Placement Experience :
The students get eligible in 4 th year for sitting for the placement as in any other college. There are different companies that come in college like TCS,Infosys etc and many other companies, that make good offers for some students. The highest package that a student has got is of 36 lakh and the average package of college is of 4-5 lakh. The percentage of students getting placements are 20-25 %. My plans are to get into the it field and grow myself by working in different areas after getting the degree.

Well i had it planned earlier only to pursue computer science . The curriculum is prepared to train us real world application mostly in every lecture they teach us something about it . We have mid sems and end sems every semester and difficulty is very mediocre if you study well.

From 7th semester students become eligible for campus as well as off campus placements. There are a lot of companies visited like TCS Wiproo Byjus THDC, etc. The highest placement is of 12Lakh by THDC. The average placement is of 5 Lakhs. 30% students gets placed into the campus placements.

The average package of the college is 4 to 5 lakhs per annum. There are many students who get placed and some of them crack GATE examination for higher studies. This year many students got placed and some went abroad for higher education

From 3rd year the students are eligible for internships and in the 4th year the students are eligible for placements. Dee shaw, infosys, tata, hikeedu,. 40% students get placed. I have a plan of cracking GATE exam. I am not sure about the highest and lowest package

The course is quite good I choose b.tech artificial intelligence because I think artificial intelligence will be very crucial subject in the upcoming future and I am glad that I choose this stream cause I like it

Campus placements are being provided and there is a dedicated placement cell in the university which provides you lifetime placement assisstance. Internship oppurtunities are also provided by the placement cell.
