Likes
- The atmosphere of the college is very nice and the tutors are very friendly to the students and they consisitently supports us for every exams.
- As our college is considered as the first government college for women in India..The college have an ancient touch in every corner..and the students get obsessed with the architecture of our college.
- As the college offers different UG and PG courses...the student every poor family can study in this college because of the affordable fees structure of our college.
Dislikes
- In my perspective the thinks which I disliked was the canteen facility..the canteen is too small for this large college and need to improve the space
Remarks :
There were no entrance exams and the admission was through an application done on the online portal and the students who were eligible were selected through marks scored on higher secondary exams. Reservation is there for SC and ST students and application forms, fees and etc. can be found in the Kerala university portal.
Course Curriculum Overview :
As statistics provides high job oppurtunities..it made me to chose this subject and the subject is well taught by the tutors of our college and this course helps us to become a Data Analyst or Data scientist and also we can write ISS exams.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Statistics is now considered as a course having high job opportunities in both the private and government sectors. In our College, we have got the best tutors for teaching..and they support us consistently for our studies...The fee structure of our college is such that for each semester we need to pay a sum of rupees 2500-3000 as the sem fees..those who have the privilege of E grants should not need to pay the fees..and the college has a great Atmosphere for the studies and our college is considered as the first college for women in India..and have highly educated faculties and lab structure..and the library is also vast and which is so peaceful for studies.There will be admission fees and development fees including a caution deposit of Rs 5000 . But the admission fee is worth the college
Campus Life :
The infrastructure of our college is vast because our college is 125 years old and the architecture is so special. The central library of our college is one of the largest libraries of the colleges in Trivandrum. There are sports activities for students and NCC and NSS are also there for performing social activities. The festive are conducted at an amazing level by our college union.
Faculty :
The teachers are highly educated professors and they consistently help in every stage of our exams. For every department, there are a certain number of teachers for each year's students. The teachers are very interactive with the students and we can share anything to our teachers as well. Their mentorship of each student is appreciable.
