Well, I got a government seat by taking an entrance exam called Kcet which usually exists in Karnataka. I got a 66000 rank which is a little high but I had a rural quota and my caste didn't do well but however managed to get a seat in CSE. You can find application details and all on the college website, just search Gitam on Google you can see a website. I have no reservations so I don't know but it may play an important role. Exams are good only a few in 3, months and just 1 and a half hour exam for 30 marks same for all kinds of examinations
Yeah, I do rate them good but not best. I mean there are hi tech labs and Hi-tech technologies. But the problem is with teachers who don't know subject. But some of them are good especially for Programe core faculty they are good. It is good be in such a place they do some workshps every month which is helpful. It does not deal with any real world applications until final year. In final year they do real world projects and do good with careers, they should improve the faculty quality, there won't be more exams there will be one internal Exam and one sem end exam.
Well I am still in 2nd year I have not been attendend any Iternships. I have not done any projects yet. But I heard the college provides a lot of opportunities to students through internships and faculties help a lot to do projects
Students will be eligible for placements from 6th semester. The companies which recently visited are Bosch, Kghp and some more. They made good offers. Highest package in this campus is 18 lakhs per annum. And average is around 6-7 lakhs. Almost 40-60% students gets placed. I wanna do Masters after degree
I paid total amount of 139007 rupees as I got seat from entrance exam (KCET). But the fees for the regular students who came for management quota was around 235000 and this year they increased the fees for 1st year upto 300000 per annum and there will be 5% hike in fees every year. That hike won't apply for students who got seat from entrance exam. Registration fees was 4200 rupees which should be paid only one time at the time of admission and tuition fees is 139007 rupees. You can apply for any government or private scholarship for which you are eligible and there is staff who deals with scholarships, they will help you to explore and apply for the scholarships you are eligible for.

Few faculties are great with good qualifications and they are friendly with students. And few are not that good. But you can choose your faculty at beginning of every sem so if we choose faculty wisely we would be safe if not you should struggle. And some of them are not that good at teaching, some struggles and some do good. Mentorship is good in this campus. I can interact with teacher at any time within working hours in their staff room if they are not busy they will interact with us.
They try their best to get placed for each and every student. But there are some eligibility for sitting into the placement. They give training for placement and highest package offered is 46 lpa and average is around 7 to 8 lpa.
Placements at my college are robust and well-organized, reflecting the institution’s strong industry connections and commitment to student success. The college boasts a high placement rate, with many students securing jobs in top companies across various sectors. The **placement cell** is proactive, offering workshops, resume-building sessions, and mock interviews to prepare students for the recruitment process. Major companies from industries such as technology, finance, consulting, and manufacturing regularly visit the campus, offering competitive packages. Additionally, there are opportunities for internships, which often lead to pre-placement offers. The diversity of companies ensures that students from all disciplines have the chance to secure relevant roles in their field of study. For students in fields where campus placements may not be as prevalent, the college provides strong support for **entrepreneurship** and higher studies. Many students pursue **advanced degrees** or
The placement is medium in my college and the name of a companies visited or offer made are the Infosys and other company and the highest package is 5 lakhs and the percentage of a student placement getting is 5% and after our degree completion they are giving the instruction to how to get the job or a placement before the course completed and their training us to go for Real world

Placements wise it's decent. The placement is active. College does provide you with exposure and opportunities. For opportunities it also depends on the department how supportive your department is. But having a decent cgpa and good network students can get a good decent placement. Apart from this there are multiple clubs related to academics . These also provide with good opportunities every year 2-3 students crack gsoc from these .
In curriculum very good infrastructure and they arranged lots of fests and sports in college. in every month almost at least one of the fest or sports is arrenged. In SARAGAM FEST they allow only college students.
