I choose this college as I got through counselling as per my eamcet rank. But I was interested to persue cyber security in LPU but couldnt go there as family has restricted to go far from home for studies. We have a huge cut of rank around 20k and the college stands in top 25 in telangana.
I choose Cyber security as an individual interest. But was keen to persue it in LPU but unfortunately I joined MREC through counselling and got a seat here. We have programming languages in the first two years and other two years we have core cyber security subjects included. We have CRTs and internships to train us for campus placements.
Winware, Microsoft, Zithara and many other companies are visiting the campus for recruitement. Six students have been selected this year from the four year cyber security each holding a package of minimum 6lpa to 25lpa as highest package as for now.
The placement criteria is very good as best companies visit the campus and we are trained in CRTs and internships for campus placement. The NPTEL courses are encouraged here in our college. And we have english and advance english to train us for interviews.
Mallareddy Engineering College is situated in the heart of hyderabad, is not just a institution that imparts technical knowledge but a vibrant community that foster development. However , what truely sets mallareddy apart is its dynamic campus life, enriched by events and exceptional infrastructure. The college is more than just an academic institution, its a thriving community that nurtures both mind and spirit. The memories created here, from participating in Akshara event to competing in sports fest, stay with us long after we graduate shaping us not only into skilled engineers but also well-rounded individuals.
The campus life is amazing we have a huge infrastructure that consists of a cricket ground and basketball court and sport fests are conducted which brings the college together apart from technical events. And we are having special events like the Vishesh which is based on technical and auto-expo for automobile enthusiasts.
70 students in a class. We have internals that include Mid exams conducted twice and lab internals. And we have externals at the end sem with lab externals and Sem end written exam. The marks are 60 for external and 40 for internal for each subject. We have 4-6 subjects each semester with 3-4 labs.
3rd year student will be eligible for placements the highest package is 12 LPA and the average package is 5 LPA around 15 to 20 student will be selected in 100 students and my plan is to do jobs in good companys
From the 3rd year itself students will become eligible for placements. The amazing thing I like about this college is that they provide placement training weekly once which is very helpful to crack placement. They provide interview questions and explained the topics which are asked in top company interviews. As of my knowledge, the highest package was 36 LPA for an ECE student and she got placed in Amazon but it was off-campus. The companies that visited our college were Cisco, cognizant, tcs, emphasis, capgemini, etc. But I don't have an Idea about core companies. The average package you can get is 6LPA as per last year's placement drive. Almost more than 40% will be placed in software companies but the number may be low for core companies. My plans after my degree are that I want to pursue a master's in core subjects since I belong to a core branch what you have studied in btech is not at all enough to get a job in big core giants.

We are eligible for the campus placement in the 3rd year itseems if we have skills. The companies will ask for minimum GPA or 7 or 75% of overall GPA. The Average package in our clg is 4.5LPA. After getting the degree our plans is to earn well and have fun with the new company or new society and working hard.
Sure! To give you a meaningful review of an Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) course, I’d need to know a bit more about it. Are you looking for feedback on a specific course or program? If you can provide details like the course content, structure, or any particular aspects you're interested in (e.g., difficulty level, hands-on projects, teaching quality), I can give you a more tailored review.
The ECE course is a vast course .But it made relevant to students .The course have subjects like VLSI,Analog circuits, electronic measuring instruments and also labs based on hardware architecture, etc
