- The environment and surroundings of this college is much good as it is covered with the mountains from all of its surroundinngs so it gives us a much good environment to study with peace in the lap of nature. Students feel much relaxed to study here
- In order of any extra curriculur activity this college is much better than others it organises events and programmes for the extra skill of students in few months.
- This college provides us a really good experience to study with mountains and and in the lap of nature to which an individual feel much good.
Dislikes
- Sometimes the completion of syllabus takes much more time than expected
- structure of college is much old fashioned
- Classes are much delayed as expected sometimes
Remarks :
As thjis college provides us a great environments of study with nature and creativity. -We can develop much skills inside us from this with the peacefull environments with a great fun and entertainment. - I didn't get any rejection form any other college instead of watching this college living and peacefull environment and i decided to give it a priority overr them.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I like this course because this having much ecompetetion in this field and i likely to choose competetions much better and i also know too handle them. -I think they had to worlk on their sylllabus curriculum anmd university propspectus . -Exams are coming at a moderate level form the syllabus and itrs very rare to come other things out of syllabus.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
-The yearly fees for first year students goes to 27580/- for first time in which 22000 is tution fee and 5000 is used as a refundable fee which is refunded to students after the completion of course. -Tution fee for all category of students is 22000 is yearly for 4 years. -For scholarship students had to fill the form on NSP portal or through many websites .
Campus Life :
-Campus life is much over excited and much fantastic . -There are a much wide range of books are available in library and students can take any books from the libarry after the permission of librarian with their library card. -this gives a mu7ch bigger ground for the games and sports anmd even gym is also in the campus of collehe with a very cheap cost of rupees 20.
Faculty :
-The faculties are much according to the ratio of students and faculties are in much good behaviour with the students .The faculties complete their syllabus on time before the exams. -Asfor first year students, naresh kumar sir was my favourite and also om prakash sir. -i don't like rahul saini sir as he has much arrogance and attitude .

Maintain a good profile over LinkedIn and other professional networks (including naukri, freshersworld etc) 2. Create a good CV and send it to your friends and family and ask for reference. 3. Try to connect to seniors for referrals 4. Keep yourself updated with latest knowledge in your domain because whenever you would get a call for interview there would not be enough time to prepare. 5. If nothing works then stop looking for job and start looking for interns, there are thousands of startups in our country who always need good manpower to function but are short of money. If you could work with them then you will have work experience and good networks as well that could help you get a better job. 6. Shift to Pune, New Delhi or Bangalore for more opportunities

after 5th to 6th semester students became eligible for campus placement. many companies visit the college like Calvin Klein, daffodils, boon, capitalvia, yhills, byjus, jio,etc. in 2024 12lpa was highest package offered by company boon. average package was 4.5 to 5lpa, more than 90% students get placed in companies, i want to pursue higher post graduate after completion of my course

Course Curriculum Overview :
Well i had it planned earlier only to pursue computer science . The curriculum is prepared to train us real world application mostly in every lecture they teach us something about it . We have mid sems and end sems every semester and difficulty is very mediocre if you study well.

From 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements. Many companies like wipro, tcs visits every year Average placement here is 6 lacs. About 80% of students gets placed every year but placement record needs to be grow

From 7th semester students become eligible for campus as well as off campus placements. There are a lot of companies visited like TCS Wiproo Byjus THDC, etc. The highest placement is of 12Lakh by THDC. The average placement is of 5 Lakhs. 30% students gets placed into the campus placements.

Placement Experience :
The average package of the college is 4 to 5 lakhs per annum. There are many students who get placed and some of them crack GATE examination for higher studies. This year many students got placed and some went abroad for higher education
Light on Life at UPES
Placement Experience :
Currently, the placements start about a month after you enter your final year. I obviously don't have any official data regarding which company come and which don't but some of the notable ones I heard that came this year are D.E Shaw, Decathlon, Infosys, Intel etc. The highest recorded package as mentioned by the college for CS is 50 LPA and the average for the same is about 8 LPA. Percentage of students who got placed this year was a bit less, like most of the colleges this year. I plan to take up a job and after gaining some experience, would love to get a second degree
Great college for local students
Course Curriculum Overview :
Curriculum and teaching method should be revised as they are very old and sometimes not even match the basic industrial requirement. More industrial oriented subject should be introduced in the curriculum and labs should get more weightage.
