I applied for mit alandi, aissmscoe, wadia, dy patil, and got selected in ajeenkya d y patil. the eligibility for the adimission in my college is your cet or jee score must cross the cut off set for the current year for your desired branch . then the documentation process start . then the admission is confirmed followed by a week long orientation in both online and offline mode.
The curriculum syllabus perfectly matches the skills required in the industry. although there is room for improvement. still, text editors and compilers are used for coding subjects whereas vs code editors is used in the industry. core concepts are being cleared though.
recently a certified python add on course was organized by our department under which eligible students can also apply for the data science intership which will be disclosed soon.stipend details are yet to be shown. but the opportunitites are vast.
students are eligible for placements from 3-4 semester if they can meet the placement requirements. companies like telstra, tcs, l&t,accenture,etc have visited the college for placements. the highest package offered was 10 lpa this year. and the average package offered was 4lpa.80-90% students are placed from my department. if no placement is offered, off campus recruitement is also an option

many events are organized in the college like eternity-cultural fests, competitions etc where student show off their skills, technovanza, sports day- sangram and many more. course related and non related books are available in the college library . a wide range of books and journals are present in the library. smart boards are present in few classes for graphical teachings. technological and traditional teaching methods are merged perfectly. sports is priortized as well.
every class has 3 mentors. a class has one class teacher. if students are facing any issue they can directly approach their respective mentors.the mentors are quite approachable and are ready to solve queries of the students.our OOP teacher is kind enough to help us out. she would listen to our problems and give best possible solutions. usually there is an insem and an endsem but for practice unit tests for both the examinations are conducted. if any student fails retests are conducted. in between activities like question bowl activity, quizes are also conducted

I wouldn’t eliminate content, without background we cannot form good, rational, and educated conclusions. We are still giving timed tests in math facts! I know that’s traditional, but it just isn’t as important. My era had no calculators and we needed to be proficient at paper and pencil solutions, but now, perfect calculations are available to everyone. We should focus on what kinds of problems can be solved with mathematics. Spelling is equally less important. Vocabulary should be stressed.
