I also applied to KR Mangalam college. I got confirmed admission from both the colleges but I chose this college because the fees of that college was expensive for me compared to this college. I did not get rejected from that college. I got selected in that college but I did not choose that college. First the students have to clear the college entrance exam so that they get selected in the college.
The course is very good and you can learn so much from the course. The course contains different subjects like cost accounting, business mathematics, human resource management, marketing management, etc. all these subjects are very interesting to learn. You can opt for any career related to commerce with this course.
The college provides internships in the 3rd year and it is compulsory for the students to do the internship because the students have to prepare a report or project regarding the internship. The companies which give internship are outlook etc..
In the 3rd year the students are given the internships so that they get an idea about the corporate world and how they have to work. The students who are selected for the placement are those who have 80% and above attendance and who have never failed any examination.
The total fees for the course is around 450000.fees for each semester is different. This is quite affordable as compared to other colleges. Their are also scholarships but it is only available to those students who score more than 75% in their 12th board exams.
The college organizes an annual fest which is called zest. In the zest the college invites singers and many students participate in the zest. Their are projectors in the classes so that the teachers can teach the students without any difficulty and the students understand everything.
All the faculty members are very good at teaching and very experienced. The teachers are kind and always help the students. Their are many different subjects in each semester so it is very interesting to learn about those subjects. The exams are conducted twice in a semester. One in the mid and one in the end.
