IIAMR, Bengaluru institute specializes in Ayurvedic Sciences and is recognized by Department of AYUSH, New Delhi. It is approved by Government of Karnataka and affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGHUS).

IIAMR conducts a 5 and a half duration course in Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery (BAMS). It is split into 4 Professional years and 1 year of internship

The Institute will conduct entrance test for candidates satisfying eligibility criteria.
Those shortlisted on the basis of entrance test have to go through a round of Personal Interview and English Assessment.
To seek admissions, candidates must have passed 2 years Pre-University Examination with English as one of the subjects and Physics, Chemistry and Biology as optional subjects.
They must have obtained minimum 50% marks in PCB.
Candidates having knowledge of Sanskrit Language will be given preference.
The application can be issued in offline mode from the next day of completion of 10+2 examinations.

IIAMR, Bangalore BAMS Admissions 2023

IIAMR conducts five and half year duration course in BAMS. The selection of candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in the Entrance Test, Personal Interview and English Assessment.

To be eligible candidates have to pass 10+2 examination conducted by Boards/ Councils/ Intermediate Education established by State Governments/Central Government and recognised as equivalent to 2 year Pre University examination by RGUHS or Association of AIU.

The candidates will be held eligible as per the eligibility criteria are given below:

BAMS	Pass in PUC/ 10+2 from a recognized board/university with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology as compulsory subjects with minimum 50% marks taken together in the subjects. Or Pass in B.Sc Part-I with Science subjects namely Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Botany & Zoology and secured minimum 50% of marks in the aggregate and studied English as a Language subject. Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes or Other Backward Classes should obtain minimum 40% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together in qualifying examination.
An applicant should have completed 17 years on or before December 31, of the year of admission.
Those who have studied Sanskrit Language or have knowledge will be given preference in admissions.

All eligible candidates can have the application form from the Institute campus after the completion of PUC or class 12th examination in respective boards.
The application form can be purchased on payment of the requisite fee in cash only.
The duly completed application form along with copies of relevant documents should be submitted personally at
