Indian Institute of Learning and Advanced Development (INLEAD) is a private institution that was established in 2009. This institution has its headquarter in Gurgaon, Haryana offering two types of programs – Post Graduate Programs (PGP), which are regular in nature and Short Term Certificate-based programs.

For PGPs, the candidate must have done a bachelor’s or an equivalent degree from a recognized university.

The selection will be done on the basis of past academic record, score in national levels entrance tests like CAT, MAT, etc, professional certification, and other achievements.

The candidates who have done a bachelor’s in the related field can apply for the Graduate Management Trainee Program (GMTP). The selection under the 6 months duration certificate course will be done on a merit basis.

The admission of the candidates will be given depending on several parameters.

• Academic Record- The academic profile of the candidate will be analyzed to understand how the candidate has performed during his/her academic career.
• Performance in Aptitude Test- For taking admission, the candidate will have to appear in an aptitude test like CAT, MAT, etc. The marks obtained by the candidate in this will be considered.
• Professional Training- The candidate has to produce a professional certificate or training adding value to his/her academic achievements and professional aspirations.
• Record of accomplishments in the form of awards and citations.
• Goal and Objectives- The candidate in his/her “personal statement” can specify the goals and objectives related to the future plans about the career.

INLEAD offers the following twenty-five short-term certificate programs known as Graduate Management Trainee Program (GMTP) under various categories-

These courses are specifically designed for young graduates, providing them a platform, where they will be offered an industry-oriented training program followed by placement support. The candidates who have done graduation in the related field can apply to this certificate program. The selection will be merit-based.

INLEAD Gurgaon GMTP Selection Criteria

Admission will be based on merit. 

It is a 6-month duration program divided into three parts –

• The first 3 months will be dedicated to classroom Training and Personality Development sessions.
• 2nd half (last 3 months) of 6 months will be dedicated to providing industry insights to the students by providing them an internship.

The interested candidates can enroll for the GMTPs during their final semester of graduation or after the completion of their graduate program.
