Chaudhary Charan Singh College of Engineering is the part of Chaudhary Charan Singh Group of Colleges. The college is also the second campus of CCS colleges. The college is being run by a Educational Society which is named as Vamika Education and Social Welfare Society. The society is constituted by the Board of Directors who manages the affairs of the colleges. The college offers full time learning courses to the students which is recognized by University Grants Commission (UGC) and All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

The college offers better facility to the students under which Hostels, Library, Computer Laboratory, Training and Placement Center are involved. Under hostel facility separate rooms are available for boys and girls which are specious and well-furnished. The library is centrally situated inside the campus of the college. The library has more than three thousands books written by Indian and Foreign authors on different subjects as per the syllabus issued by the college.
