Deogiri Institute of Engineering and Management Studies (DIEMS), was established in 2009. It is affiliated with Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University (BATU), Lonere. The institute currently offers B.Tech, MBA, and M.Tech courses in different streams. Total of 480 seats is available in the B.Tech program. M.Tech and MBA program has an intake of 138 and 180 seats respectively.

B.Tech. applicant should have passed the Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) as prescribed by DTE, Government of Maharashtra. Candidates with a Diploma in Engineering can opt for the B.Tech Lateral Entry program. PG Degree courses require graduation.

For B.Tech Regular and Lateral Entry programs, students have to qualify for MHT-CET or JEE. Admission to the MBA program is offered on the basis of a valid CAT/ MAT/ CMAT score while for M.Tech candidates have to qualify for GATE.

Admission to B.Tech program at Deogiri Institute of Engineering and Management Studies (DEIMS) is based on MHT-CET or JEEscore followed by counselling conducted by DTE. Candidates who have passed a three-year Diploma or Graduation in engineering are eligible to apply for lateral admissions.
