KMEA Engineering College is an AICTE approved college and affiliated to APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (AKTU). It was established in the year 1957 at Kerala.

The college offers B. Tech and M. Tech in 6 and 4 specializations, respectively. B.Tech is offered in Lateral Entry as well.

The process of application has to be completed online through the official website or offline by obtaining the application form from KMEA Engineering College.
The minimum eligibility for admission in B. Tech is passed in 10+2 in Science stream with at least 50% aggregate marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry and 50% marks in Mathematics separately.
For B. Tech Lateral Entry, the minimum eligibility requirement is a pass in Engineering/Technical Diploma of three-year duration.

B. Tech and B.Tech Lateral Entry are offered by KMEA Engineering College. Both the courses are offered in six specializations. Key Points:

Candidates who have passed 10+2, Kerala, or Examinations recognized as equivalent thereto with 45% aggregate marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry together are eligible for admission under Management Quota.
In case the candidates have not studied Chemistry, the marks obtained in Computer Science shall be considered.
In case the candidates have not studied Chemistry and Computer Science, the marks obtained in Biotechnology shall be considered.
In case the candidates have not studied Chemistry, Computer Science and Biotechnology, the marks obtained in Biology shall be considered.
Candidates belonging to SC/ST/Socially and Educationally Backward classes will have a relaxation of 5% marks in the qualifying examination

KMEA Engineering College M. Tech Admission 2023

The college offers M.Tech is offered in four specializations with an intake of 24 seats each. The minimum educational qualification to apply for this course is a BE/B.Tech degree with at least 60% aggregate marks. Selection of the candidates is based on the merit in the qualifying examination and GATE rank.

Key Points:

Candidates belonging to SC/ST category get a relaxation of 5% in the aggregate marks.
Candidates should be an Indian National to apply for this course.
The graduation course completed by the candidates should be approved by the AICTE / Deemed Universities in India.
For SC/ST category students, pass in engineering degree is sufficient requirement for admission in M. Tech
Candidates who have appeared for the final semester examination can also apply, provided they have passed all the subjects up to and including the 6th-semester exam
Candidates who have passed AMIE / AMIETE Examinations and satisfying the following conditions are eligible for admission.
- They must have valid GATE score.
- A minimum of 55% marks for section B in AMIE/AMIETE examination.

What I Liked

Campus atmosphere and some teachers where friendly
Many programs are conducted in collage like artsday etc
Many camps and conducted, gaming programs

What I didn’t like

Director of the collage was very unethical character
1st year should not enter vechile in to collage
Before admission the talk very cam after admission not like that
