What I Liked

The faculty is amazing. They are friendly and have alot of knowledge.
The faculty makes this difficult course easy for us.
I like the teaching methods of the faculty in this college.

What I didn’t like

There is no elevator service for students.
No air conditioner in classrooms. AC rooms are only for professional course students which is unfair
Because of no elevator we have to climb up stairs. It drains our energy

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course BFM is not easy it is a finance course for someone who wants their career in finance should go for it. In this course we get to learn more in depth about stock trading, stock marketing, investment, portfolio management, equity market etc. This course is very interesting for someone who has a interest in finance.

Remarks:

There was no entrance exam. The admission process was online and offline both. I filled the form and submitted offline and the list was declared online. Then the procedure was not that tough. We had to make a demand draft of the fees and submit to the college office with some documents on the given dates.

Which of these colleges is better for an MBA in finance, PUMBA, SIES or Dalmia according to the current scenario?

For Finance, PUMBA is superior because it is a college that its students entirely drive to. Students here bring the businesses to campus themselves and plan and run all of the events. Thus, students receive training in prospecting, public relations management, and other related skills. Additionally, IIM A faculty members teach financial management courses at PUMBA.

The average package for PUMBA and SIES is nearly identical and ranges between 7.5 and 8 lakh.

When it comes to fees, PUMBA costs 1.3 lakhs for two years. SIES costs more than five lakhs in fees. Regarding lodging, PUMBA offers hostel services for just Rs.4500 annually. SIES doesn't have a hostel of its own.
