Radha Govind Teachers Training College is managed by Radha Govind Public Welfare Society. The college is affiliated to Vinoba Bhave University, Hazaribagh. The college is recognized by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). The mission of the college is to make success of Indian Government Scheme – National Literacy Mission and to work for educational, cultural and health development specially in rural areas men, women and children with special performance to the child and women belong to the Scheduled caste, Scheduled Tribe, Backward & General Classes promoting adult education & vocational education & to promote and undertake programme for moral development of youth and children of all communities.
