- In our college, there is no ragging issues.
- Teaching, Curriculum and educations are really good
- They offer good placement training for IT jobs
Dislikes
- They give more importance in IT companies for placement. But they won't give more concrete on other fields.
- They give IT placement training for Non Computeristic course such as ECE,EEE,ETE
- Hostel food is very worst,in few days i will good one
Remarks :
Admission: Requires 50%+ in 12th, TNEA/entrance exam (cut-off ~180). Management quoto with donations. Our collge give some management scholarship for high cutoff students. Apply online, fees ?500. Reservation aids entry. Exams moderate. Improve process clarity, notification timeliness.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Karpagam's curriculum: 1.IT knowledge subjects were preferred in allo course. 2Industry-aligned, comprehensive, focusing on practical skills. Prepares well for jobs and higher studies. 3.Suggest adding more electives. Exams are frequent but moderate in difficulty.

Internships: Companies include TCS,Walmart,Infosys, and Bosch. Roles: Software Developer, Research Assistant. Stipend: ?5K-10K. Projects: Software development, data analysis. Outcomes: Practical experience, networking.

placements: Mainly Focus On IT placement with 92%. Start from 7th semester. Companies: TCS, Infosys, Wipro. Offers: 700+. Highest: ?15 LPA, Avg: ?4.5 LPA. 85% placed. Plans: Join tech firm or pursue further studies. I strongly recommend for students who have interest in software jobs or IT companies This placement is worthy for them

fees: ~?90K/year for Tution Exam fees nearly ?5k. 5-10% hikes annually. Scholarships: Merit-based (?25K), Govt-aided, alumni fund. Campus jobs: Lab assistant, ?5K/month, flexible hours, varied duties. Hostel fees -?90k
Campus Life :
Infrastructure is overall good Library: vast resources. Don't expect the more cultural events. Smart classrooms are not bad Sports: kabadi, kho kho Clubs: tech, arts, social. Great for socializing and growth.
Hostel Facilities :
I am hosteller . Weekly 3 or 2 days , hostel provide non veg as Chicken. Hostel food is not bad in some days and worst some days You can register book the hostel while admission time. Hostel fees nearly 90000 rupees.
Faculty :
1. **Faculty-to-Student Ratio**: 1:15 to 1:20, allowing personalized attention. 2. **Credentials**: Experienced with advanced degrees and industry knowledge. 3. We can approach staffs as Open-door policy, frequent interaction, and mentorship.

Yes there are great companies that come for the placements inside the campus . Though the placements are good i went to try and luckily i got placed in microsoft and then shifted to an other company through recommentation

Course curriculum was much better compared to other colleges.Some subjects were thought from the basics so that students can easily remember as much they can. Course curriculum was also updated year by year.

For from 7th sem students are allowed for campus placements Many companies like big baskets, nestle etc came to our college but they selected only limited students Mostly they provide 10LPA packs to 15LPA packs One in every five students gets their placements My plan is to pursue higher studies

Must know before joining amrita
Placement Experience :
Campus placements is available from the 6th or 7th semester. It differs for different branches. In electronics, some of the famous companies are Bosch, samsung, and more. The highest package changes from branch to branch. The overall highest package in year 2023 is 43lpa. More than 70% of the students get placed in every branch. I would prefer doing higher education if I don't get a package worth my value. I think it is not worth it to waste your time if you don't get the package you deserve.
