If I compared my college with other I don't about others college but whatever I see In my college is very nice and good.The addmission process to take the admission in my course is that after 12th you have to give CET exam

After the second year those students who have cleared all semester without any kt in subject are eligible for campus placement.The company like TCS, Infosys, Capgemini and etc like hired students from my campus.
So I paid yearly 87000 for open category.If your are SC,ST you have to pay 6300 yearly.And if obc,or others you have to pay 51000 yearly.In this 6000 is Exam and other fees.So We get EBC scholarship if open category person having domicile and income certificate with him.
If I talk about campus Life it s very interesting and good compared to others because in campus there is number of activities that is organised by college.the college having different club for particular event like culture club media club, sports club etc
Some of the faculty we have is very nice in teaching.they teach us like the students are there children. The way teacher understand the students was very interesting and good.Haa but some students get fail in exam but they are also students.not all students having same grasping power .but the end result was very good.
4th year (7th semester and 8th semester) students are eligible for placements. Post eligibility terms and conditions applied and required by the companies are also to be kept in mind. Students are also well trained for interviews and placements. Various Industrial visits are organised. Skill improvement camps are also provides and hosted. Club activities are also supported. Average package is round 5-6 LPA and 100% placement by 60+ companies.
The college provides the average package of 5 lakh rupees per annum package. But not all students gets placed in the campus interview. Some students also try the off campus to get the more package. Highest package in the history of my college is 44 lpa.
Canpus placements are provided their is a cell of T&P which is responsible for it. Also many sessions and programmes are conducted to make us employeble like IP session on every friday fir making us a full stack developer so we can stand a chance in the market
My course is ai and ds which is technology field and it is future technology which make human growth faster but still not that much famous we have to work on it as we know AI is future it can adapt anything
The placement opportunities here are huge many companies come here to hire students in the third year itself to hire for internships and then according to their performance will get hired permanently after completing
Smt. Indira Gandhi college of engineering is known to be the placement capital of Mumbai. As most of the students gets in campus placements through college. The maximum package offered by the companies is 14 lpa
In my first year, they provided us with Python language, c language, computer fundamentals, and troubleshooting, along with 6 practicals, which was great to learn. But now in the second year, they provide only electrical subjects, which I think is not useful for us in our career, we have only one coding subject named DSA otherwise rest of the subjects are just electrical subjects.
