New Delhi: Bhagat Phool Singh Mahila Vishwavidyalaya (BPSMV) has begun the application process for the postgraduate level degree courses for the academic year 2022-23. Aspiring candidates can submit the online application form through the official portal, @bpsmv.digitaluniversity.ac.
